My wife and I started our farm in May 2016 and we are planning to grow fresh vegetables this summer to sell at farmers markets. We were wondering if there might be any openings for this type of vendor at the 124 Grand Market? Our farm is located near Wildwood AB, west of Edmonton on Hwy 16. We are not certified organic, but we do not use any synthetic herbicides/pesticides or fertilizers, and we utilize organic farming methods. We were also wondering if a vendor selling only fresh vegetables would be required to obtain a Food Health and Safety Permit from Alberta Health Services?

We look forward to hearing from you! Thank-you for your time.
