is Andrea and Matthew, two friends who love to bake. Their friendship began many years ago in an attempt to stay sane while completing their education degrees. Andrea began baking and vending vegan goods 6 years ago when she found herself frustrated with the lack of items available. Matthew is a high school english teacher who uses baking as an excuse to procrastinate. They both believe that food should be made for, and enjoyed by those you love – food is love.

In the late spring, they joined forces to create ::heritage:: offering doughnuts and cupcakes and other delights suitable for both herbivores and omnivores. ::heritage:: doughnuts are different than any doughnut you’ve tasted before; the kitchen is their playground and it’s considered an ideal location to both bake and create.  The doughnuts are baked instead of fried and it’s guarantee that if you can’t see the love in the doughnuts you should definitely be able to taste it.

The goods are baked the night before and day of the market in the Queen Alexandra neighborhood. Every week will feature new flavors, the return of popular flavors, and special collaborative creations ::heritage:: welcomes custom orders for your special events or occasions and are happy to work with you to create the perfect treat.

Currently,  ::heritage:: is exclusively available at the 124 street grand market or by custom order only.
