Two rad dudes, who found a local niche and filled it.

Steven Furgiuele started FUGE Fine Meat just under a year ago and has blown us away with his high quality handmade sausage. FUGE pays tribute to family tradition & craftsmanship; dedicated to producing old world style salumi while maintaining robust food standards. Steven was previously the sous chef at Culina Millcreek and has worked in the industry for a long time. Now venturing out on his own into the world of sausage Steven has partnered with some incredible local eateries. You can find his sausage on menu at Otto Food & Drink, Park Distillery,  Sugarbowl, Chartier, Culina at the Muttart, Dogwood Cafe, Cafe Blackbird, Canteen, Chef Daniel. Bent Stick Brewing, The Golf Den, Zenari’s, Zocalo and many more! Today is Steven’s last market date with us this season so come out and get ’em while you can!

Concept Beard Co came about after the troubles Mike Beal and his wife had finding beard oil in Edmonton, and even the inability to find any variety when it came to scents. They decided to make a company that would offer quality product, with nice scents, at a fair price. All products are created by Mike, with a lot of help from his wife.  All of their products are hand crafted with all natural products.  Their mission also extends to produce a product that will not negatively effect the environment.  An example of this would be that they don’t have a product that uses Sandalwood as the species has been declining in population worldwide, and is at risk of dying out in some regions. We love Mike for being a conscientious producer and consumer!

Market runs today from 4:00-8:00 PM on 124 street and 108 avenue.
