Bench Creek Brewing moves mountains to brew their well-crafted, uniquely flavoured, beer. Sprucing up beer since 2014, Bench Creek believes themselves to be a beacon for Alberta-craft-beer, brewing the apex of beers out in the rolling foothills of Alberta’s Rocky Mountains. With years of brewing experience under their belt, they’ve learnt to be masters of the craft, producing original and commanding beer that can stand ground against any. Inspired by Alberta’s wilderness, Bench Creek produces incredible local brews for the strong people of our beautiful province.

camola-01

Camola Sustainable Food offers to the market a large variety of traditional Italian baked goods and treats, with a twist. Camola is unique because they use insect flour to bake their goods, that’s right, insects! Not only is eating insects actually good for your nutritional health, it’s also good for the environment. Insect farming uses only a fraction of the same resources needed to produce other forms of protein such as beef, chicken, and pork. On top of being packed with protein, insects offer various nutrients such as a full aminoacidic profile, iron, calcium, potassium, and the always-in-need vitamin B12. Camola offers baked goods such as, “Bugscotti”, Granola Bars, Baci di Dama, and much more! According to them, “Eating insects is a culinary adventure that helps the environment and is good for your health!” So don’t be afraid; try the bugs.
